An Taoiseach (Irish Prime Minister), Leo Varadkar TD, visited the Swedish Embassy recently and H&MV Engineering’s Country Manager Roland Pettersson was in attendance for a celebratory reception.  H&MV are embracing huge success in Sweden since we established a presence there in 2017.  As a market leading, high voltage EPC firm we’ve secured new business contracts in excess of €20M in Sweden within the utility, renewable and data centre markets, concreting our commitment to growth in the region in the coming years.  We’ve moved to larger offices in recent weeks to accommodate our growing Swedish workforce.  H&MV currently employ in excess of 250 employees internationally and over 30 people are based in Sweden.  Planned expansion for Sweden will see H&MV double our workforce within the next 18 months.

Commenting on H&MV Engineering’s announcement, an Enterprise Ireland backed company, Enterprise Ireland said “Across the globe, Irish companies are achieving international sales at record levels and bringing the Irish Advantage to their business partners.  H&MV Engineering is a great example of an innovative Irish company that is delivering real value to their Swedish customers.  Their remarkable growth since establishing here in 2017 is a testament to the company and a great example for other Irish Engineering companies looking to follow in their footsteps.  We wish H&MV Engineering every continued success in their future business here and look forward to supporting the company on that journey.”
